Issuing a return
In case you want to return your order, we are happy to assist. Since we are not an ordinary clothing company, our return process might be a bit different from what you know. Please read the following steps first, before issuing a return.
Useful info
For all orders that had a defective product already sent by us, we will cover the return shipping costs. If all ordered product are in excellent condition, we cannot offer you free returns at the moment – so you would have to pay for the shipping expenses of the return and your side. We accept returns and exchanges from the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan.
Store credit is issued to cover the entire value of the items in your order. A maximum of 10 items can be returned as all the items are printed to order and are not resold.
You can submit a return for an item that you obtained at a discounted price for store credit. Store credit will equate to the value you paid for the discounted item. Free items will not be included in the store credit.
Our return policy covers store credit and exchanges. We allow for change of mind returns as well! As we do print every item to order and we do not re-sell anything, you will need to donate your item/s to be eligible for a refund.
